I use mainly Somerset  grown Willow  supplied  by Coates of Meare Green or Musgroves of Westonzoyland, alongside special coloured varieties which I grow myself (black )

or get from other specialist growers.

I have learnt about the use of Willow since 2004 on various short courses at West Dean College with Jackie Binns M,Des, R.C.A. and Mary Butcher.  Also with Mary Crabb at Amberley Museum  and Christine Llewellyn at Walberton. I have been a full time basket maker since early 2013.

I am a member of The Basketmakers' Association which exists to set standards of workmanship and teaching, but which does not imply endorsement or responsibility of the Association for a particular maker’s work.

I sell my work  at selected craft fairs and events in the South, find details of these below and will also supply by post.

I am also willing to make items to commission, please enquire if you require something unusual.
